YOGA
A program that incorporates physical poses, breath work and meditation for a mindful, soulful, and physical experience meant to be carried from the mat into your daily life.
STEP
A full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs where you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping.
PILATES
A program designed to strengthen the core muscles(deep-lying muscles in the abdomen, back and hips) and increases flexibility
BARRE
Using basic origins from ballet, upbeat barre is a choreographedfitness class aimed at increasing muscular endurance throughout the body. Thisclass utilizes lightweights and is easy on the joints but gives you theopportunity to push yourself at your own level. You will walk away feeling theburn in all the large muscle groups of your body.
Ballet shoes not required.
FUSE
Cardio Fuse blends aerobics, kickboxing, plyometrics, and resistance training, and core work for a full body workout while incorporating mini loop band to both tone your muscles and spike your heart rate. Fuse uses fun songs that you know and love that push you to your limits. This is the funnest kickboxing class you will ever take!
HIGH
Where Old School Aerobics and modern, heart pounding, fun, and effective workout meets. High fitness is a high-intensity interval training class that transitions between cardio blasting songs and toning tracks to give you a full body workout. Consistency and simplicity are key. Classes are fun, easy to follow, and choreographed to set you up for success. All you need is a good pair of gym shoes and a lot of energy!
